- When you ask for an estimate, be sure to provide as much information as possible. If you do, you can save on the price of your move.
- Never trust companies that offer very cheap services. Bargains are not always a guarantee of success.
- Never accept an estimate over the telephone. Verbal agreements are easy to breach.
- Formalise a written agreement, signed by both parties (company and client) to guarantee the perfect outcome of the service.
- Check the company meets all the requisites laid down by the law: it must be registered, it must have civil and mercantile insurance cover, its employees must be insured and specialised in moves, etc.
- Plan your move well in advance. This will help things go more smoothly for both our employees and you.
- Ask for estimates from several home removal companies and only accept the one that is closest to the one you are looking for.
